GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”.


2. Property presentation

The property offers accommodation for short-term rental as well as the organisation of private events.

The accommodation is fully renovated, air-conditioned, and equipped with a kitchen and private outdoor areas.

The property also provides shared facilities and areas such as:

  • Outdoor hot tub
  • Pétanque court
  • Ping-pong table
  • Yoga area
  • Relaxation area under pergola
  • Free parking

3. Purpose

These terms and conditions are intended to define:

  • Booking terms
  • Payment terms
  • House rules
  • Cancellation terms
  • The parties’ responsibilities
  • Rules applicable to private events

Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.


4. Booking and payment

4.1 Booking procedures

Bookings may be made:

  • Via the official website
  • Via partner platforms
  • By direct contact

The booking becomes binding after confirmation and payment in accordance with the selected option.

4.2 Payment

Depending on the selected option:

  • Full payment at the time of booking
    or
  • Deposit at the time of booking and balance before arrival

Accepted payment methods are those indicated at the time of booking.


5. Cancellation policy (Bookings via the official website)

The applicable cancellation terms are those corresponding to the option selected by the customer at the time of booking.

🔹 Flexible Rate

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  • Between 14 days and 7 days: 50% of the stay will be retained
  • Less than 7 days: 100% of the stay is due
  • No-show: 100% due

🔹 Standard Rate

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
  • Less than 7 days: 100% of the stay is due
  • No-show: 100% due

🔹 Non-Refundable Rate

  • Full payment at the time of booking
  • No refund possible
  • Changes possible only subject to availability

Re-marketing clause

In the event of cancellation, if the stay is re-let for the same period under equivalent conditions, a partial refund may be granted, less administrative fees of 10%.
This decision remains at the Operator’s discretion.


6. Bookings via partner platforms

For any booking made via a third-party platform (Airbnb, Booking, or other), the applicable cancellation terms are those chosen by the customer at the time of booking on that platform.


7. Conditions of stay

7.1 Capacity

The number of occupants must not exceed the authorised capacity indicated at the time of booking.

7.2 Times

  • Arrival: from XX:00
  • Departure: before XX:00

7.3 Rules of conduct

Guests undertake to:

  • Respect the neighbourhood
  • Avoid any noise disturbance, particularly after 10:00 PM
  • Respect the equipment and facilities
  • Keep the premises in good condition

Any unauthorised party is strictly prohibited.


8. Security deposit

A security deposit may be required upon arrival.

It covers in particular:

  • Damage
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Failure to comply with the rules
  • Exceeding the authorised capacity

It will be returned after the premises have been checked.


9. Use of facilities

Use of the property’s facilities and equipment is under the sole responsibility of the occupants.

Children must be supervised at all times.

The Operator declines all liability in the event of an accident resulting from improper use.


10. Private events

Any organisation of a private event:

  • Must be subject to prior written agreement
  • May entail specific pricing
  • May require an additional deposit
  • May require proof of public liability insurance

In the event of cancellation of an event:

  • The deposit paid remains non-refundable
  • Less than 30 days before the scheduled date, 100% of the amount may be required

11. Liability

The Operator cannot be held liable for:

  • Theft or loss of personal belongings
  • Accidents related to inappropriate use of the facilities
  • Events of force majeure

12. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
