Property presentation<\/h2>\n\n<p>The property offers accommodation for short-term rental as well as the organisation of private events.<\/p>\n\n<p>The accommodation is fully renovated, air-conditioned, and equipped with a kitchen and private outdoor areas.<\/p>\n\n<p>The property also provides shared facilities and areas such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outdoor hot tub<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e9tanque court<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ping-pong table<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yoga area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relaxation area under pergola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free parking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Booking and payment<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1 Booking procedures<\/h3>\n\n<p>Bookings may be made:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Via the official website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Via partner platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By direct contact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The booking becomes binding after confirmation and payment in accordance with the selected option.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2 Payment<\/h3>\n\n<p>Depending on the selected option:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full payment at the time of booking<br\/>or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposit at the time of booking and balance before arrival<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Accepted payment methods are those indicated at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cancellation policy (Bookings via the official website)<\/h2>\n\n<p>The applicable cancellation terms are those corresponding to the option selected by the customer at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd39 Flexible Rate<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 14 days and 7 days: 50% of the stay will be retained<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 7 days: 100% of the stay is due<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No-show: 100% due<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd39 Standard Rate<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 7 days: 100% of the stay is due<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No-show: 100% due<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd39 Non-Refundable Rate<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full payment at the time of booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refund possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes possible only subject to availability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Re-marketing clause<\/h3>\n\n<p>In the event of cancellation, if the stay is re-let for the same period under equivalent conditions, a partial refund may be granted, less administrative fees of 10%.<br\/>This decision remains at the Operator\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Bookings via partner platforms<\/h2>\n\n<p>For any booking made via a third-party platform (Airbnb, Booking, or other), the applicable cancellation terms are those chosen by the customer at the time of booking on that platform.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Conditions of stay<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.1 Capacity<\/h3>\n\n<p>The number of occupants must not exceed the authorised capacity indicated at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.2 Times<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arrival: from XX:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Departure: before XX:00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.3 Rules of conduct<\/h3>\n\n<p>Guests undertake to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respect the neighbourhood<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid any noise disturbance, particularly after 10:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect the equipment and facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the premises in good condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Any unauthorised party is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Security deposit<\/h2>\n\n<p>A security deposit may be required upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n<p>It covers in particular:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excessive cleaning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to comply with the rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceeding the authorised capacity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>It will be returned after the premises have been checked.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Use of facilities<\/h2>\n\n<p>Use of the property\u2019s facilities and equipment is under the sole responsibility of the occupants.<\/p>\n\n<p>Children must be supervised at all times.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Operator declines all liability in the event of an accident resulting from improper use.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Private events<\/h2>\n\n<p>Any organisation of a private event:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be subject to prior written agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May entail specific pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May require an additional deposit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May require proof of public liability insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In the event of cancellation of an event:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The deposit paid remains non-refundable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 30 days before the scheduled date, 100% of the amount may be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Liability<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Operator cannot be held liable for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Theft or loss of personal belongings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accidents related to inappropriate use of the facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events of force majeure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
